Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return unused merchandise to Treasure Wonders, LLC within a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee from original invoice date. Products kept for over 15 business days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW and good condition and in the original factory packaging.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit. Returns after 15 days are at the sole discretion of Treasure Wonders, LLC and may be subject to restocking fees of 25% or more. Habitual and excessive returns may void the 15-day money-back guarantee and be subject to a re-stocking fee. Drop shipped packages are allowed an extra 10 days return time for a 5% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
